🔄 How does TopperSwap work?
Get a Swapfinity SnapLock Badge Reel, then press on any Topper design you love. Want a new look? Just pop it off and press on a different one — swap daily to match your mood, outfit, or holiday. No tools needed!
🔒 How does the SnapLock reel hold toppers on?
Your topper presses onto the reel face and fits snugly into place — the raised edge and silicone ring create a secure friction fit that holds it tight. There's a small magnet inside just to keep the design facing the right way, but the topper itself isn't going anywhere. It won't fall off, even during a rough shift!
🎨 What are Swapper Frames?
Swapper Frames are decorative borders (like flower petals, bat wings, etc.) that sit on the reel face between the reel and your topper. Place the frame on first, then press your topper over it — instant extra flair! We recommend a max of 2 frames for the best hold.
📦 How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days. Small orders (a few toppers) ship in a lightweight flat envelope — these are faster and lighter but don't include a tracking number. Larger orders ship as packages with full tracking. All orders ship from the USA with standard shipping included!
📬 I don't have a tracking number — did my order ship?
If your order shows as "fulfilled," it shipped! Small orders go out in flat envelopes that don't require a tracking scan. They typically arrive within 5–10 business days. If it's been longer than that, reach out and we'll get a replacement sent right away.
💪 How much weight can the cord hold?
Our retractable cord holds up to ~120g and still fully retracts — that's roughly the weight of a deck of cards. Your ID badge plus a few extras? No problem.
🔄 Will old toppers fit the new SnapLock reel?
Yes! The Swapfinity SnapLock is fully backward-compatible. All your existing toppers and swapper frames work perfectly on the new reel. Just press and swap — same great fit.
📅 How do subscriptions work?
Pick a subscription (Name Topper, Mystery Pack, Pet Mystery Pack, etc.) and we'll create fresh designs for you every month. You'll be charged monthly and your new toppers ship within 3–7 business days from your rebill date. Cancel anytime — no commitments.
❌ How do I cancel my subscription?
You can log into your account and cancel anytime — no hoops, no hassle. You can also reach out to us at support@topperswap.com and we'll take care of it for you.
🎁 Do you offer mystery packs?
Yes! Mystery packs come in Mini, Standard, and Mega sizes — each one is a curated surprise selection of toppers. They make great gifts too!
✏️ Can I get a custom design?
Absolutely! Use our Design Creator to create your own custom topper. Describe what you want and we'll craft it for you.
🏥 Who are TopperSwap products for?
Anyone who wears an ID badge! We're most popular with nurses, CNAs, dental hygienists, teachers, and pharmacy techs — but honestly, anyone who wants to add some personality to their badge is welcome here.
