Our AI uses all of that — plus your TopperSwap order history — to plan designs that actually match who you are. No generic packs. Your name, your pet, your aesthetic.

Your first bag includes a free badge reel — the retractable hardware that snaps your toppers on and holds them. It's the same SnapLock badge reel we sell for $10–12. Choose slide clip or alligator clip at checkout. It's yours to keep forever, even if you cancel after month 1. We include it because the whole point is to give you a fresh, swappable reel to start with.

Your first bag ships within 5 business days of subscribing (we need a little time to make your designs). After that, bags ship at the start of each monthly cycle. You'll get a shipping confirmation email. Month 1 ships as a tracked USPS package (includes the free reel). Month 2+ ships as a First Class flat envelope — still with tracking.

Yes, anytime. No hoops to jump through. You can cancel directly through your Recharge subscriber portal — there's a link in every order confirmation email. Cancel before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again. Your free badge reel is yours to keep no matter what.
