This is a replacement item for my previous one that had broken. I love that I can change out my look with the toppers. My only wish is that they didnt get knocked off so easily

Worried

I originally purchased this one at the beginning of the year. Two months ago it broke. I’m not a fan of this new design. I have one of the old designs and it has lasted me 3+ years and is still good. I hope this one lasts longer than 7 months.

Looks great!

It is great! I love changing out my badge holder look. Its so easy and magnet is strong and the retractable cord is hanging in there.

I love the many choices they have for toppers. And the new swappable pieces are great too.

Broken

It was broken 🥺. Now I have to wait until my next box comes so I can have another one , I don’t want to order another one.

Bummer

It broke the first time I used it .. barely glued on I had to gorilla glue it back together

Basic black

The reels used to come in different colors before the toppers were introduced. I would prefer a color other than black. Ordered the alligator clip but, don't like it. Will have to order a slide.

Badge reel

I love this product. It's really cute and fun to exchange out the topper. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I bought a reel about 2 years ago and it was super nice, a really good big magnet. I needed a new one and it's not the same the magent is really tiny and falls off easy I miss the old one

It keeps popping off when you get it close to something.

I love my badge reels. I love you can change them out with different looks. Especially with the different holidays. I have so many I can have one for every day of the week.

Cute toppers

I love the cute toppers but the clip needs to be stronger. It just slips off my shirt.

Awful

I’ve gone through a few of these. They last about a month and the clip breaks off. I have so many toppers and I need a new reel too often to use them. My current reel is held together with a bandaid. The toppers are super cute.

Snap

The snap opens all the time leaving my badge and other hospitals cards falling in the ground!

Swapfinity

I enjoy this Badge Reel. I like that you can swap toppers or add embellishments. I have a few of these!

Broken

My badge reel broke after simply trying to take my id to get onto my unit. The metal piece that’s slides the badge reel onto my scrubs fell off mid shift. Left me stuck without anything holding my Id until I got home to get a new one. Kind of bummed thought these were supposed to be good

I have several of these toppers and ID reel's I love all of them. I can't wait to get more.

Quality

The snap that holds badge unsnap several times a day. The alligator clip that is attached to my shirt also comes off when I pull on the badge. Overall I love the concept but the quality isn’t as good as it use to be

Easy gift for any occasion for co-workers

Christmas gift for one of my co-workers. She loved it with the other toppers I gave her with this!

I love how cute and versatile these badges are. I get so many compliments on them! I’ll have to order the alligator reel as I mistakenly ordered the slide.

They fall off way to easy

Every time I bump up against things at work they fall off. For example, the desk, a patients bed, patient cares. They aren't very secure. Don’t think I want to buy one again. The magnet keeps moving and they fall off. They are cute but the badge is not for a bedside nurse.

Cute but fell apart

The toppers are cute and I love the idea of it but I ordered one and it fell apart. I had gotten a replacement and the same thing happened. It just fell all apart, came unglued.

Disappointed

I love the look and the toppers. The actual clip with the magnet breaks too easily.

Everything must change

I love these retractable badge holders and still use my older version. I hope it lasts forever because I don’t like the new version you’re selling now. I have to use a slide clip and don’t care for the way it’s designed. Too bad. I do love my toppers! Guess I’ll have to find something else now. (I haven’t used the Swapfinity Badge Reel.)

Did not receive item

I never got this item in the mail! I’m so disappointed but I don’t want to order anything else because I’m afraid it won’t show up.

Disappointed. The magnets come off easily and I keep losing my toppers. I don’t know what changed but the original ones I had no problem with.
