I’ve only ever received 1 topper and the monogram was incorrect. I signed up for topper of the month, but only received 1 in November last year…. Can’t rly give a review if I haven’t received much…

Dont like that i cant pick the one i like . Some of them i cant not like and dont wear i dont like wasteing money . Would like to cancel please.

Great monthly treat

I love the topper monthly program! It s a fun festive way to celebrate a little something every month. I do however find it frustrating there is no way to change your initials if you change your name. I had emailed customer service about it and they said they were updating it but my last few toppers still reflect my old name. Wish there was an easier hassle free way to update it.

Had 3 badge reels in just a few months. They all broke. And if you think it is just me it is not. Make a better quality product!!

I love my toppers! Well made and super cute. My patients love them too and bring them up in conversation often. I love that they are interchangeable, it is like having a brand new badge holder.

Poor product

Your badge holders don’t work. I had 3 in two months that broke. I am careful with them and still they broke. Also no one will talk to me about it!!!

Disappointed

I was super excited to be a part of this Seasonal monogram program however Both of my orders came weeks after each holiday, for example I had ordered a Valentine’s Day theme topper and it didn’t come until February 28, and the St. Patrick’s Day one didn’t come in till April. So I don’t really see the point in doing that program if they’re not gonna be on time. It’s a great concept, and the quality is very good but giving a two star for the overall turnaround time
