So far I have only used the St Patrick’s day one. I really like them. My only complaint is they come apart so easily and then fall where ever. It got knocked off by my stethoscope resting against it. Maybe a larger, stronger magnet would help with it not popping off. It came off and my patients husband brought it to the nurses station. Really would like this to be remedied.
