My experience buying this item was an A+.I am a retired nurse and every five years my class mates and I celebrate our anniversary of our graduation. I think the reel badge holders are great except I hate how it wants to turn sideways all the time. I bought the charm thinking that may help weight it around to keep it straight but no luck!! I would much rather it not turn on clip. I also find it hard to get the buttons off to change the face . I love the idea and like being able to change faces to match season just wish I could get one with these changes

Bought my first badge in January and was enjoying switching out the covers. Unfortunately the magnet broke last week when I went to change it and I was told it was outside the 60 day warranty.
