Charm broke
I received this reindeer charm and it broke the first time I put it on. I sent a message to topper swap support and they asked for a pic of the broken charm, which I sent and then informed me that they would replace it but that they were currently sold out of this charm. All the other charms that I like, I either already own or they were sold out as well. When I sent a message back telling them that I would like to wait until something became available that I like, they messaged back saying that they found one of the reindeer charms and they would ship it to me asap. I love all their products and I have several other charms that I've never had a problem with, so im sure this one was just a fluke. Overall, I like this charm and topperswap support is very helpful.
